Duplicate and Dormant Accounts

Only one account per person is allowed. Dormant accounts may incur an administrative fee if left inactive for over 365 days.

Transactions

Transactions are accepted through our online services and are valid only after confirmation and settlement. Dresantiago reserves the right to suspend or void transactions in specific scenarios, including fraud or market manipulation.

Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Exploiting promotional offers
• Creating multiple accounts
• Misrepresenting identity or financial information

Liability and Errors

We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions. If funds are credited due to such issues, we reserve the right to reverse transactions and request repayment.

Software and Third-Party Content

Users must not misuse our software or use external programs that interfere with service operations. All intellectual property belongs to Dresantiago or its licensors.
